It is a great honour and pleasure for us to invite you to participate in the 16th International Symposium on Biocatalysis and Biotransformations (BioTrans 2023), which will be held on June 25-29, 2023, in La Rochelle, France.

BIOTRANS 2023 provides an overview of the latest advances in the fields of biocatalysis and biotransformations, gathering innovative and interdisciplinary strategies to overcome scientific and technological hurdles. Various topics will be covered such as enzyme discovery and design, reaction engineering, enzyme mechanisms, computational methods, synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, (chemo)enzymatic cascades and industrial biocatalysis.

BIOTRANS 2023 offers an exceptional opportunity to meet experts from these different areas, exchange ideas between actors from the private and public sectors in a stimulating atmosphere.

The program of BIOTRANS 2023 will include keynotes and invited lectures of leaders in their respective fields as well as oral communications from both academia and industry selected from high-quality abstracts in any area related to the topics of the symposium, pitch talks and posters.
Note that the congress is organized in physical mode and offers the possibility to follow all the sessions virtually.
